The final season of Sanditon is nearly here! Premiering on Sunday, March 19th on PBS, Sanditon Season 3 returns with all the characters we love and a few new faces.
Season 2 ended on a cliffhanger when we found out that Charlotte Heywood (Rose Williams) is engaged to a young man from her town. After getting her heart broken by Alexander Colbourne (Ben Lloyd-Hughes), Charlotte swore off love and decided to get engaged to have a stable life.
Charlotte returns to Sanditon as her wedding preparations are underway, but are there still feelings brewing between her and Colbourne? We haven’t officially met her fiancé yet so we can’t say whether or not he’s a good match for Charlotte. What will happen? How will Charlotte choose?
We also need to see Georgiana Lambe’s (Crystal Clarke) story resolved with the mystery left behind by her late guardian Sidney Parker, previously played by Theo James who departed the show after Season 1.
We are looking forward to see how this wonderful story will wrap up! We’ll be covering this new season on our podcast with new episodes coming in April.
